The network battle

The ending of 2016 was marked by Reliance JIO launching 4G into the market that too for free of cost for the first few months. Huge mobile bills to unlimited talks, 1GB data for a month to 1.5GB data per day the transformation was sustainable. Till date the  other network companies grapple to come in line with JIO but eaching the level where JIO stands sounds far-fetched. Like a bolt from the blue came a news that the unlimited calls days are coming to an end. Customers have to pay for extra talktime at a price of 6p/min for every call they make to other network. The only contender of JIO to an extent was Airtel. At the point when the prices were hiked and extra talktime packs were added by JIO, Airtel just hiked up its price by Rs. 50 but continued to provide truly unlimited calls to all networks.
