Biryani is love

India is a country where a individual's day starts with food and ends with food. We don't eat to live, we live to eat. Rain means crispy fritters,  summer means aamras ( mango juice)  and winter means gajar ka halwa( carrot pudding). Wazwan from kashmir to kazhimeen fry from kanyakumari to pooran poli from west to Rasogola from east shows the wide variety of Indian cuisine. But the one food that ties all the Indians in one bond is "BIRYANI".

The Indian origin cuisine Briyani is mixed rice dish with its origin among the Muslims. It is made of Indian spices, rice, meat, vegetables or eggs.

With the upgradation of technology from letter to WhatsApp messages, from cart to aeroplane, from going to markets to shopping online, like that the latest business minds have started delivering food at doorstep. Sriharsha Majety founded Swiggy in 2014 the online food ordering and delivery platform.  As of 2019 report Swiggy operates in 100 Indian cities.
On an average of 95 briyani's were ordered per minute, or 1.6 briyani's per second in India, according to Swiggy's yearly report on country's food ordering habits, which highlighted interesting trends.

Swiggy fully satisfied India's big appetite for biryani with 35,056 varieties and combo's of briyani for all its customers. " Boneless chicken biryani, chicken dum biryani, mutton biryani, egg biryani, veg biryani and paneer biryani" were the most popular ones.
